Mr. Flitsch has developed plans for the redevelopment of 13 properties for Irvine Company, adding washers, dryers, and air conditioning units to apartment complexes built in the 70s/80s and located throughout San Diego and Orange counties.
Mr. Flitsch redeveloped over 35 properties for Essex Property Trust, along the west coast from Seattle to San Diego, from 2000 through 2008.
